7 (SUPER EASY) Eco-Friendly Cleaning DIYs

Disinfecting & Scrubbing Spray
1 part filtered water
1 part distilled white vinegar
2 tsp tea tree oil
3 tbs witch hazel
(pair with baking soda for hard to clean items! also works as a glass & mirror spray)
tip: for hard to scrub items, spray and let soak for a few minutes before cleaning
Dish Washing Soap
3 cups water
1 1/2 tsp castile soap (I usually go with an unscented one!)
Citrus Fabric Softener
fill a jar with about 2 cups apple cider vinegar
add in orange peels from 2 oranges
let steep for at least 4 days to infuse orange fragrance
All-Purpose Spray
3 cups filtered water
1/2 cup white vinegar
add 10+ drops of essential oil (depends how strong you'd like it to smell!) and shake again
(optional) add 2 tsp castille soap for cleansing
Furniture Polish
1/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1 small lemon
Linen Spray
8 oz water
2 oz witch hazel
20-30 drops of essential oil (again, depends on how strong you'd like it to smell!)
Carpet Deodorizer
1 cup baking soda
10-15 drops of essential oil
